DEVELOPING CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE (LEVEL 2):

Misreading cultural differences in the global business environment can lead to misunderstandings, misalignment and missed opportunities. Self discovery and awareness is a key principle of building true cultural intelligence. Me, myself & I provides unique insights that will help build a clear picture of how you can recognise and respond to truly build value from cultural differences. During this course you will learn how to identify key cultural factors influencing three situations as well as having the opportunity to complete the Worlprism™ cultural assessment tool to uncover your own cultural style and preferences.

Participants will:

• Develop deep levels of awareness using the Worldprism Culture model
• Work confidently with cultural differences in virtual and dace to face environments
• Learn how to recognise differences in everyday work environments
• Build deeper, long lasting and trusting relationships with colleagues and co-workers
