Our coaches are primarily experienced business leaders, recruited from a broad spectrum of industries. Each of them has a deep understanding of the cultural intelligence and inclusion challenges that organizations and their staff face every day. Our coaching faculty has a thorough understanding of the challenges learners face and has the skills and experiences to ensure that investment in learning brings a practical, tangible return.
Our high impact 60-minute Masterclasses are led by cultural intelligence and inclusion experts. The facilitator brings interactivity and personal experience to illustrate practical ways attendees can change their behavior and develop cultural intelligence and inclusive skills. Learners can benefit from expert insight into the real world challenge of cultural intelligence and inclusion.
We combine a deep expertise in virtual learning design, professional production and seamless technical delivery to ensure learners are 100% engaged and have the skills to continue independent development and behavioral change. We have a robust quality assurance process, including regular observation and monitoring. In addition, we run regular development sessions with our CQ coaching faculty to ensure not only that they continue to meet and exceed our quality standards, but also are aware of and incorporating the latest methods and practical developments in their work.
Our CQ coaching faculty and professional session producers are equally familiar with most third-party virtual meeting/ training delivery technologies including Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco WebEx to enable us to deliver high impact, interactive, engaging and adaptive programs.
As with any technology, these tools are continuously evolving with new features as well as new tools coming on to the market. The TMA World technology team thoroughly researches and reviews any tools used to ensure they comply with our own IT Security Policy as well as international data privacy laws.
We recommend using Adobe Connect, which currently has many superior features specific to training delivery.
To ensure seamless delivery, irrespective of the technology used, we use a Technical Producer to provide technical support to participants throughout the virtual session.
We are also able to use client specific/preferred virtual delivery tools, when requested.
