Worldprism™ Teams User Guide
What is Worldprism™ Teams?
Worldprism™ Teams is a part of the Worldprism™ Tool that helps you visualize your team's cultural diversity. By combining your team members' Worldprism™ profiles, the tool helps you consider your team’s unique strengths and challenges, to maximize its potential.

How do I use Worldprism™ Teams?
1. Getting started
To begin, simply select 'Team' from the top navigation bar.
If you have not already been added to a team, you'll be presented with three options on the Teams landing page:
- Watch the video – Click here to watch our Worldprism™ Teams guide and learn more about the tool.
- Try the Demo Team – Explore a sample team report to see what insights are available.
- Create a Team – Ready to create your team? Click here to begin.
Please Note: If you have already been added to a team, the ‘Team’ page will look slightly different. Click the ‘Create a Team’ button to create a team. Teams you have already been added to will appear under the ‘Your Teams’ header.
2. Creating a team
Clicking 'Create a Team' directs you to a team setup page where you can name your team and add members.
You can add members in several ways:
- Select Individually – Choose from existing users within Country Navigator from the list visible on this page.
- Invite by Email – If you hold an Enterprise license, you can invite colleagues who aren’t on Country Navigator yet but share your company's email domain.
- Upload via CSV – Upload a CSV file with a list of email addresses (no headers required). Please note: Users must already be added to the platform. Emails that do not match an existing user will not be added.
Once you are ready, click ‘Create Team.’
Once created, you’ll be returned to the ‘Team’ page. Your new team will be listed under the 'Your Teams' heading. To start exploring your Team Profile, click the 'View Team Profile' button.
3. Discover team coaching with Carla Teams
At the top of your team’s profile, you'll be greeted by Carla Teams, our AI Team Culture Coach. With knowledge of your team's profile, Carla offers tailored coaching to deepen your understanding of your team's cultural dynamics.
Start by answering Carla’s introductory questions to align its support to your team’s goals and challenges. From there, you can ask Carla to:
- Analyze your team's profile to gain a clearer understanding of its members' cultural positions.
- Coach you on your strengths and potential challenges within your team.
- Offer suggestions on enhancing your team culture and performance.
- Guide you through any current cultural issues your team faces.
To the left of Carla, you will see 9 key insights to help you start considering your team’s collective culture and preferences. You can use these to inspire your discussions with Carla Teams!
4. Explore your team’s spread analysis
Below Carla, your Team Profile offers a spread analysis of your team’s collective positions within the nine Worldprism™ dimensions. Each dimension includes a summary of your team's placement and an analysis of how your individual cultural style compares.
To better understand the range of cultural styles within your team, click 'Perform Spread Analysis' to order the dimensions from the most varied to the least.

5. Explore your team role
Want to know more about what strengths you bring to your team?
Navigate to the ‘Your Team Role’ page by clicking on the ‘View your team role’ link.
The ‘Your Team Role’ page highlights the differences or similarities in your position, compared to your team, to help you utilize the unique qualities you contribute. You’ll also find tips about the challenges you may face within your team, allowing you to avoid potential cultural pitfalls!
6. Uncover your team's cultural background
Find out more about your colleagues' cultural experiences using the team cultural background map – found on your Team Profile.
The map visualizes your team's cultural backgrounds and travels, highlighting the range of nationalities and locations your team members have lived in or visited.
Revisit the map to see your team’s growing international experience and cultural capabilities!
7. Managing the team
If you are the creator of a team (owner), you can add and manage team members from the ‘Members’ section of the Team Profile page.
To add a new team member, click ‘Add members’ in the bottom-right corner and add by email.
To remove a team member, hover over their name and select the ‘Remove’ button.
If you created a team and do not want your Worldprism™ results to be included in the aggregate Team Profile data, you can manage this from the ‘Members’ section. Toggle off the ‘Include Worldprism™ in this team’s results’ button to remove your results from your Team Profile.
8. Deleting or leaving a team
If you have created a team, it is possible for you to delete it at any time. Scroll down to the bottom of the ‘Team Profile’ page and click the ‘Delete Team’ button.
If you wish to leave a team you have been added to, you can do so by scrolling to the bottom of the ‘Team Profile’ page and selecting the ‘Leave Team’ button.
If you have left a team by mistake, don’t panic! You can rejoin the team by selecting the ‘Rejoin Team’ button beside your team name.
