What is your response time to technical problems?

We aim to make an initial response to any technical challenge within 24 hours. Our internal tech team prioritizes anything that prevents users from accessing the Country Navigator platform and in many cases, the fix is deployed at the same time as the initial response.  

Where a fix needs more time, we will keep you informed as to our progress proactively.
