Worldprism Teams is part of the Worldprism Tool, which analyzes culture at a team level. When you create a team, you invite your colleagues and team members to contribute their Worldprism profiles to create a graphical representation of your team cultural range.
You can then look at which dimensions have the greatest range of styles – and therefore the highest risk vs reward potential. A high range can be a block to collaboration, but as your team develops cultural intelligence that high level of difference can become a unique strength.
You can also look at the dimensions where there is a much smaller range – areas where your team may have a cultural blind spot.
The report gives you cultural strategies aimed at the whole team to improve collaboration, but you can also view your cultural team role – the ways in which you as an individual add your value to the team culture.
