What is my Passport?
The Passport page evolved from our previous ‘profile’ page. It keeps all your Cultural Background information in one, easy-to-access place. Visible to your connections, your Passport is a way to share your cultural background and experiences with those you work most closely with!
What information does my Passport include?
When creating your Passport, you’ll be asked for information on:
- Your cultural background, including your current location, nationalities and spoken languages.
- Your travel and experience, including the countries you’ve visited and countries you’ve live in.
What are the benefits of creating my Passport?
Think of your Passport as your cultural CV. It serves as a record of your cultural journey, documenting your growing international experience and cultural capabilities to others in your organization.
By creating your Passport, you're opening doors to valuable professional connections and learning opportunities. Need someone who speaks Mandarin for a project? Looking for a colleague with experience working in Brazil? Your Passport makes these connections possible.
Plus, it helps build stronger team relationships. Your knowledge of your colleagues’ cultural backgrounds and experiences can foster greater understanding and appreciation for their cultural individuality, resulting in more effective collaboration!
