The Side Navigation Panel
Introducing the new side navigation feature!
This update to the “Me” homepage provides direct access to the features and content you need—quickly and effortlessly.
With quick links to your Worldprism Profile, Learning Content, and other important platform features, navigating the platform is now easier than ever.
What is the Side Navigation Panel?
The side navigation panel is a new feature on the Country Navigator Home Page. It sits on the left-hand side of the ‘Me’ Page, improving both the visibility and accessibility of Country Navigator’s features and content.
But don’t worry—pre-existing features and pages on the platform are still available and function just as you remember. The new side navigation simply makes it easier to find and explore them!
Plus, we’ve added some new pages to the side panel to enhance your experience of the platform even further.
What can I find on the Side Navigation Panel?
1. Home:
The ‘Home’ button on the side navigation panel does as it says – it can be used to navigate back to the main dashboard.
2. Worldprism:
Clicking the ‘Worldprism’ button on the side navigation panel reveals a dropdown menu that displays all Worldprism-related features and pages on the CN platform, including My Worldprism Profile, My Connections, My Teams, My Countries, and My Passport.
- My Worldprism Profile
The 'My Worldprism Profile' button offers quick and easy access to your Worldprism Profile.
The Worldprism Profile has not changed - this update simply provides a more streamlined approach to accessing your profile, improving your ability to effectively use it during your interactions on the platform.
- My Connections:
‘My Connections’ is a brand-new page accessible via the side navigation panel. This page showcases all your current connections - individuals who have shared their Worldprism profile with you!
Next to each connection, you'll find a ‘Compare Worldprism’ button. Click this to compare your Worldprism profile with a chosen connection, gaining insights into their cultural and workplace preferences, in comparison to yours.
Additionally, the ‘View Passport’ button lets you access a connection's Passport page (formerly known as ‘profile’), which includes details on their cultural background, travel experiences, and languages spoken.
Interested in learning specific tips for collaborating, leading, or resolving conflict with a connection? Use the ‘Quick Tips’ bar, located under each connection, to explore the most effective ways to work with each of your colleagues.
- My Teams:
The 'My Teams' page is a new addition to the platform, allowing you to conveniently view all your teams in one unified location.
Click the 'View Team in Worldprism Teams' button to access your Team's page, where you can explore further insights.
Use the Quick Tips bar, found under each team, to access tips on CQ-related skills, tailored to your Team’s unique Worldprism profile.
- My Countries:
Clicking ‘My Countries’ on the side navigation panel opens a new page, added to allow you to see all your favourite countries in one place. Countries visible on this page are those that have been added to your ‘My Countries’ list, either via this page or on the Explore page.
Comparing your Worldprism profile to your selected countries is now easier than ever, using the 'Compare Worldprism' button on the ‘My Countries’ page.
Use the 'View Country Guide' button to navigate to a country’s home page, where you can find detailed insights on business culture, working styles, and practical advice specific to that country.
Finally, take advantage of the Quick Tips bar below each country to access tips on various Cultural Intelligence skills, tailored to both your and your chosen country's Worldprism profile.
- My Passport:
The 'My Passport' button in the side navigation panel now replaces the previous 'Profile' page.
You can now directly access your Passport from your homepage, where it's easy to add and update details about your cultural background, travel experiences, and spoken languages, allowing your passport to reflect your growing cultural experiences.
Your passport is public to other members of your organization. Your colleagues will be able to see your nationality/ies, countries lived in & visited and languages spoken.
Note: If you previously had your profile set to “shared”, your passport will already be created and visible on this page. Your passport is also visible to all members of your organization. If you had not previously shared your profile, you can now press “Create Passport” and follow the steps. Any previous data added via the old “Profile” page will be remembered so all you need to do is confirm and save.
3. Learn
The Learn button on the side navigation panel provides access to all CN content and events. Clicking it will reveal a dropdown menu with pages such as Assigned, My Favourites, Recommended, and Learning Log.
- Assigned
The 'Assigned' button on the side navigation panel leads you to a dedicated page for your assigned learning content and live events. This allows you to access the learning content your organization has prioritised for you!
Important Note: If you do not have any assigned learning paths or live events, the ‘Assigned’ section in the side navigation panel will not show.
On the ‘Assigned’ page, you will see upcoming live sessions assigned to you by your organization. Click on any of these live sessions for more information.
You will also see assigned Learning Paths on this page. If you find any content particularly useful or wish to revisit it later, simply click the 'bookmark' icon to add it to your 'Favourites.'
- My Favourites
The 'My Favourites' page, a new addition to the platform, is where all your bookmarked learning content can be accessed. Simply click on any of your saved content to open it directly from this page.
You can bookmark content from various pages across the CN platform. All your bookmarks can be conveniently found under 'My Favourites.’
- Recommended
'Recommended' is also a newly added page on the CN platform. This page includes learning content curated to your personal learning objectives and interests, in one easily accessible place.
In the 'Recommended for you' section, discover content specifically tailored to your learning goals and countries.
Browse the ‘Most Viewed’ and ‘Newly Added’ sections for recommendations of popular and fresh learning materials to boost your Cultural Intelligence journey.
- My Learning Log
The 'My Learning Log' page (previously available on ‘Profile’) offers a comprehensive view of your personal learning history. Here you can find details such as your total minutes spent on learning resources, your number of completed resources, and more.
Additionally, this page displays your historically accessed learning content along with its completion percentage. You have the option to filter your learning history by month, 6 months, or year, which simplifies the process of reviewing your progress and revisiting past learning at any time.
4. Tools
Clicking 'Tools' on the side navigation panel unveils a dropdown menu featuring Country Navigator’s cultural intelligence tools: Carla, our Culture Coach; CultureFlex; and Quick Tips.

Want to test your ability to flex your cultural intelligence with real-life scenarios?
Or need a quick tip on fostering psychological safety with a connection?
These resources are now instantly accessible from anywhere on the platform via the side navigation panel, boosting your ability to leverage them exactly when needed!
5. CN Live
‘CN Live’ is the final button available on our new side navigation panel. Selecting ‘CN Live’ will take you to a brand-new page, dedicated to our Masterclasses and Coaching sessions.
Under ‘Your Bookings,’ you will find your upcoming live events. The visibility and accessibility of this information ensures you can be prepared for each session. Click on any event for more details.
The ‘Next Masterclass’ section displays all scheduled Masterclasses upcoming in the year. Browse the topics and register to those with relevancy and interest to you!
