How do I log in?

To log in to Country Navigator, check your email for a welcome message with access details or visit my.countrynavigator.com; if your company uses Single Sign-On, use the direct link from your internal system, or contact support@countrynavigator.com for further assistance.

First, check your emails for an email from Country Navigator containing your access details. Follow the instructions or head to my.countrynavigator.com to log in.  
 
If you didn't receive an email, check your company's internal learning platform for a direct link to Country Navigator, or a page where you can register for an account yourself. 
 
All login methods explained in detail below: 

  • Single Sign-On 

If your company has purchased an enterprise license and you have found us on your internal learning platform, you can just click on the link and come straight through to Country Navigator. You won’t need a username or password as the security is handled by our servers linking to your corporate account. Either click on the link in your internal system or visit my.countrynavigator.com to login.  

Email us at support@countrynavigator.com if you’re not sure how this works or if you can’t login this way. 

  • Username and password 

For some organizations who have purchased a fixed number of licenses, your in-house learning team can provide you with a self-registration link where you can create your own account using your work email address and a password. If you’re not sure who your organizational owner is, please email support@countrynavigator.com and we’ll check for you.  

When you have your log in details, go to my.countrynavigator.com and login. You’ll be asked to change your password on your first visit, so take a note of it and get started!

  • Welcome email 

If you’ve been signed up already by your internal license owner, you should have a welcome email in your inbox with login instructions. Take those log in details to my.countrynavigator.com and log in – you’ll have to change your password on your first visit, so make sure to take a note of your new details.

If you can’t find the welcome email after you’ve checked your spam folder either contact your license owner or email support@countrynavigator.com
