How do I learn basic cultural intelligence on Country Navigator?

Asking that question is the first step to cultural intelligence! Recognizing and being open to difference is the foundation.  

The second step is to build awareness. You can do that by completing your Worldprism™ profile – this will help you become aware of your cultural defaults and be able to recognize those differences in others. 

The third step is building an understanding of how those differences impact your behavior, values and attitudes. You can also start to see other people’s cultural values in the context of your own 

And finally, those three steps should lead you to develop culturally intelligent skills. In other words, your own learning transforms your behavior.
