It’s the first thing we think you’ll want to do when you log in to Country Navigator, so we’ve made it really easy.
You can either follow the prompts as you log in for the first time or click on 'Worldprism' in the side navigation panel and select 'My Worldprism Profile' from the dropdown menu. At various points in your Country Navigator learning, you’ll be prompted to complete Worldprism if you haven’t yet done it.
When you do click on 'My Worldprism Profile', you’ll be asked to respond to forty-five statements. As you answer them, the system will be analyzing them and creating your profile. It’s important that you consider the questions in a work context – and it can be helpful to try and consider a real situation they may apply to. Culture is very contextual – your cultural profile at home may be very different to your work profile and that is completely normal.
Once you’ve created your profile, why not invite a colleague or two to compare their profile with you, or look at a country profile? And don’t forget, our AI Culture Coach Carla is ready to help! Once you've read through your profile, you can ask her questions about your profile, or even the comparisons with others.
