How can I understand what the Worldprism means?

Worldprism is our unique cultural profiling and assessment tool. When you’ve completed the assessment,  you’ll be able to access a detailed breakdown of your results. On the results page, you can click on each of the dimensions, and you’ll see a short video on the dimension meaning, a breakdown of the strengths and weaknesses of your position and a more detailed discussion of what this all means for you.  And finally, there’s a short video that gives you some adaptation strategies to help you work with those who have a different result from you.

This has additional features to help you with your development of CQ, including development questions for your own reflection or to work through with a coach. The PDF also suggests ways to flex your cultural style and provides a personal action plan template.
