How can I reset my password?

If you log in to Country Navigator using a user name (email address) and password, you can reset your password easily from the login page. 

If you still have access to the platform and would like to update your password for security reasons, click on your user icon in the top right-hand corner of the page, and select 'Settings.' From this page, you can manually change your password. 

If you have lost your original welcome email and haven’t yet logged in, please email support@countrynavigator.com and we can reset that for you. 

If you login with SSO, you will need to speak to your internal team – if you’re not sure who that is email us on the address above and we can put you in touch with the Country Navigator stakeholder at your company.
