How accurate is Worldprism?

Worldprism is a cultural model and a cultural profiling tool. It is the result of more than 30 years research and refinement and has undergone significant validation and testing to ensure that the theoretical basis is sound and that the results it gives are as accurate as possible. 

The tool relies on the honesty of your answers and how you apply the statements presented to your own work situation – in a simple explanation – good data in equals good data out! We strongly recommend taking your time and reflecting on each answer. You will probably find that if you retake the assessment in three or four month’s time, the answers may be different. This is perfectly normal and reflects our belief that culture is dynamic and contextual – as your context and understanding evolve, so will your cultural profile.
