Does Country Navigator offer a free trial? 

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial that allows you to explore our platform, content, and tools completely free of charge. You can sign up on our website. Just enter your details, and you'll receive immediate access via email to start your cultural intelligence journey with us.  

So, what does the trial include?  

Your 14-day free trial provides full access to all Country Navigator features, including expert insights from Carla, our AI Culture Coach, and our comprehensive Worldprism™ profile.  

Plus, you can now invite up to four colleagues to join your trial. This is the perfect opportunity to explore our collaborative features, such as Worldprism™ Teams and CultureFlex, together. Discover first-hand how our tools can help your team unlock its potential! 

How do I add my colleagues?  

Once you have signed up for a free trial via our website, you are now the ‘trial owner.’ You have the capacity to add colleagues to your trial and engage with them in the platform.  

When you first log in, you will see a series of helpful modals designed to guide you through the process of adding colleagues. If you’re still unsure, here is a step-by-step guide to doing so:  

Step 1: Use the login details sent to your email to access the platform.  

Step 2:  Once logged in, navigate to your admin page. You can do so by selecting your user icon in the top right-hand corner of the platform and clicking 'admin' from the drop-down menu. 

Step 3: On the admin page, you can invite up to four colleagues to join your trial by entering their email address and clicking ‘Send Welcome.’ They will then receive an email with their own login details. 

Please note: As the trial owner, only you can add colleagues. Those you invite are not able to add others. 

What if I’d like to add more than 4 colleagues to my trial?  

That's a great question! As the trial owner, you're initially allowed to add up to four colleagues to your trial. If you find that you need more, you can request additional licenses through your admin page. One of our team members will then get in touch with you directly. 

Here’s how to request more trial licenses: 

Step 1: Navigate to your admin page. Click on your user icon in the top right-hand corner of the platform and select ‘admin’ from the drop-down menu.  

Step 2: Try to add another colleague as you would normally. When you do, a modal will pop up offering you the option to request more licenses. 

Step 3: Click the 'Request More Licenses' button on the modal. This will send your request to one of our team.  

Step 4: Wait for a response from our team, who will assist you with your request.
