Individual and Teams subscriptions can be purchased directly through our website. These subscriptions auto-renew every three months. For Enterprise Kickstart and Enterprise Plus plans, please contact our sales team for a custom plan based on your unique requirements.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.

When you subscribe to the Individual or Teams plan, your subscription will automatically renew every three months. You will be billed at the start of each renewal period using the payment method on file.
We offer four pricing tiers. Individual, Teams, Enterprise Kickstart, and Enterprise Plus. You can view more information about each pricing tier on our pricing page.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. You will continue to have access to Country Navigator until the end of your current billing period.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining period. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can update your payment information by logging into your account, navigating to the Account Page, and editing your payment details.
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. The trial period is limited, and at the end of the trial, you will need to select a subscription plan to continue using the platform.
