To bridge these cultural gaps, Ayvens partnered with Country Navigator to implement a comprehensive cultural intelligence learning program. Including access to its digital platform, a team cultural profile assessment, live masterclasses, and bespoke team coaching sessions tailored to Ayvens’ unique needs.

The first Worldprism Teams training session was a transformative experience for the team. Javier, Head of Integrations described it as an “eye-opener,” revealing that effective communication isn’t solely about language but about understanding the underlying cultural factors that influence how people think, work, and relate. This realization shifted the team’s approach, allowing members to avoid taking misunderstandings personally and focus instead on the “why” behind each person’s actions.
